THE HYBRID EVENT SOLUTION: SWITCH, STREAM & RECORD
The new VR-120HD Streaming Video Switcher empowers single operators to produce hybrid event presentations for in-person and online attendees seamlessly. Connect with live audiences in full HD with comprehensive SDI and HDMI I/O and simultaneously stream to the web with the dedicated direct streaming output. Plus, record streams directly to an SDXC card for archiving, editing, and future distribution. Traditional automation tools—like macros, scene memories, and remote control of up to 12 PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras—combined with a sequencer allow single operators to multi-task confidently.
In-Person and Online Video
Manage diverse presentation needs in real-time thanks to the VR-120HD’s flexible video capabilities. Assign sources to eight cross-points on the fly, including live video inputs, still images, and video clips. Enhance events with onboard support for graphics and video playback. Keep audiences engaged with the VR-120HD’s effects engine with its eight composition layers that can be assigned to the Program, Sub-Program, and Aux outs.
Powerful Digital Audio Mixing
If you’re looking for powerful audio capabilities without needing a dedicated mixer and sound engineer, the VR-120HD is at your service. Operators have 42 channels of audio control at their fingertips, including processing tools, I/O routing options, and automation features. Create an audio mix for each audience with two auxiliary audio busses. And every input and output have EQ and dynamics processing.
Streaming and Recording
Easily stream presentations to popular online platforms directly using the built-in encoder over ethernet or with a computer using USB-C. The VR-120HD’s powerful LAN streaming capabilities let you directly connect with Twitch, Facebook, and other platforms—no computer required. Encode and broadcast ethernet livestreams to two independent channels on the same platform or capture a local backup in real-time. Plus, an onboard recorder lets you easily record an event to an SDXC card for post-event editing and distribution.
Complete Workflow Control
Take control of essential functions with hardware knobs, faders, and buttons and dive deeper into parameters and settings with the seven-inch touch display. Features like scene, macro, and sequencing will make workflows even smoother with the ability to pre-program complicated actions and set them in motion with simple button presses.
Mix and Match PTZ Cameras
There’s no need for multiple camera operators when you have robotic PTZ cameras. Compact and discreet, these cameras capture all the action with studio-grade broadcast quality. In addition, the VR-120HD features integrated support to directly control a range of compatible cams. Mix and match various brands/protocols and operate up to 12 simultaneously.
