Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also contact our team to receive an authorisation number for the return. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an authorisation number.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products such as hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless advised to by one of our staff.

A restocking fee of 20% is applied to all returns to cover costs incurred.

There are certain situations where further fees may be applied and includes but is not limited to -

  • Goods with obvious signs of use
  • Goods that have been opened.
  • Goods that are special orders.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Our Returns Policy is based on ACCC standards or better and are at the discretion of Livestream Australia Pty Ltd - they are based on losses incurred by us.

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your account and a voucher will be emailed to you.

 

Late or missing store credit (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your store credit within 24 hours, first check your spam filter and junk folder.

If you have checked your emails, spam filter and junk folder and you still have not received your credit yet, please contact us at info@thestreamingguys.com.au.

Demo items (if applicable)

Unfortunately demo items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thestreamingguys.com.au and send your item to: 2/54-56 Fitzmaurice St, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650, Australia.

Shipping

If returning your product to The Streaming Guys you should mail your product to: 2/54-56 Fitzmaurice St, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650, Australia. If you need to return your product to the manufacturer our staff will advise of the relevant address details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
