Does your event require mobile, professional, and reliable video streaming to unlimited viewers?
The Teradek Bond Backpack HEVC is the answer. The Streaming Guys are the only company in Australia that can supply, configure and support 24/7 the Teradek Bond and Sputnik system.
HEVC allows streaming of high-quality video content at half the bandwidth required of AVC (H.264) compression.
Teradek Bond Backpack HEVC is an all-in-one professional streaming solution for broadcasters seeking the best in signal reception and video quality. With an Ergonomic, lightweight, and weather-resistant design the Bond Backpack can be taken anywhere, anytime in any conditions.
The Bond Backpack is ergonomic, lightweight, and weather-resistant, allowing the camera operator to focus on the content and not on fatigue or damage from the elements.
The Bond Backpack contains a Cube encoder, a High Profile encoder that supports bitrates up to 30 Mbps, both HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs, and a boot-to-live time of just 20 seconds.
Each backpack has 4 Teradek Node modems and 2 high-gain antennas which are attached to the interior of the backpack to ensure you have connectivity wherever you go.
With quick-release locks on the front of the backpack, you can access your encoder and battery in seconds.
The Bonds internal Li-ion battery gives 5 minutes of operation time independent of the battery so even if your battery runs dry, you have time to swap power sources. Choose between Gold-mount - v-mount or no battery plate for your battery.
With all this hardware in an enclosed space, a practically silent fan has been integrated to keep hot air out and let cool air in. This will keep you comfortable and your gear operating optimally.
To keep things tidy, we’ve neatly integrated several locking connector cables to attach your bonding encoder to each Node modem, ensuring your system is always running even if your backpack is dropped or tossed across the room. While nylon strips on the backpack’s shoulder straps keep your cables neatly dressed along your shoulder.
This is the next level in mobile broadcasting!
